Very nice atmosphere and good service. My drink was good. The salad was nice, but nothing special. The rolls seem straight out of a bag and not high quality or warm, but they come with the meal. The butter was whipped into a kind of froth, which I could do without. Just real, natural butter would be better and warm rolls, not cold. I asked for steak cooked medium, which they got wrong and it came out after 35 minutes of waiting - medium rare. I had to send it back. It was cooked correctly the second time but I had to wait another 15 minutes. I also sent back the baked potato because it was cold. The new potato was barely warm and what on earth do restaurants do to baked potatoes these days? Are they actually baked - or nuked? Or baked at 2:00 and re-heated? Because they should be hot, light and fluffy if they’re baked and fresh. They were a dense, sticky mess both times. I’ve encountered this everywhere though. Sad, because I really like baked potatoes if done correctly. I would also think that the prices they charge and a long wait time would produce very hot food, but no. I’ll have to think if I want to drive and hour to get this value again.
